Gut and head it and salt and pepper in the body cavity along with an onion. Double wrap it and rake the coals over it as it lays along side the fire. Whatever you don't finish is wrapped in the same foil and eaten for breakfast or lunch the following day. No dishes and you can enjoy the campfire and a beverage while supper is cooking.
