Salmon recipe
Posted by AkHunter45 on Dec 09 2004
I'm always on the lookout for recipes for salmon/halibut/fresh fish and i came across this one at one of our local merchants. I've had it several times and it is dynamite!! I call it:

Amber salmon
3-4” peeled and grated fresh ginger root
5-6 grated cloves of garlic
3/4 cup fresh Cilantro
6oz soy sauce
8oz Alaskan Amber.

Marinate 2-4 salmon steaks or 1 large filet
for 12-24 hours. Cook on grill at 350 degrees for 15-25 minutes, depending on thickness of salmon or cook in the oven, except in foil at 400 degrees. I like this with garlic roasted asparagus and an ice cold Alaska Summer Ale or Amber. I like to use red salmon for this recipe. Enjoy!!

Next: here's a bunch more I found Max Dec 16 2004
