Good & Easy Grilled Salmon
Posted by Corn on Dec 10 2004
Here's a quick and easy one:

1/3 cup Olive Oil
1/3 cup Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Steak Sauce (A-1, ect…)
2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
2 Cloves Fresh Garlic (Minced)

Mix everything together then marinade and refrigerate for 30-45 minutes before grilling.

I put the filets on the grill flesh side down and cook until they're about 1/2 way done or a little more, then flip so they're skin side down and finish cooking.  I also brush some of the marinade onto the filets after I flip them.  This is always a hit and if you have any fish left over it makes awesome salmon patties the next day.
