Beer batter Halibut is the best thing since pb&j. Get you a batter mix and dunk halibut chuncks into it and the into the deep fryer at about 350 degrees. Also get a recipe for corn fritters with honey butter. Trust me, you can't beat it! I also grill halibut. Soak it in italian dressing for about 4 hours, wrap it in foil and throw on the grill for about 15 minutes.
