Indeed all of these species are native to the southern Cook Inlet and Kachemak Bay. Resurrection Bay (Seward) is also closed for crab and shrimp. Sorry... I remember the day that we could throw out some pots and enjoy the bounty of the sea.... even for king crab... but those days are gone. I remember diving off of the Homer Spit and the Dungies were so thick, the bottom would come alive with thousands of crab. I don't know what happened... over fished maybe?
