Ling cod cooking
Posted by Gary W. on Nov 16 2005
The deep fry tempura beer batter is good. I like ling best just cooked on the grill. Spread a little melted butter on the meat side of fillet, along with seasoned salt, seasoned pepper, and some garlic powder. Cook meat side down first until golden brown, then flip over on the skin side and cook until meat flakes with the fork. I think this is the best way to really taste the real flavor. Enjoy!!
