Ling or Halibut

One way that we enjoy these white meat fish is to put a nice fillet in a baking dish, sprinkle with salt, pepper, seasoning salt, and squeeze some lemon on top. Cover the pan with saran wrap and nuke it in the microwave for 4-5 minutes. Good stuff and healthful as can be.
