Gents, I was/am against charter IFQ's, and even wrote the ADN editor a couple days ago. But, I'm not against some sort of limits. We need to manage the resource, be it by GHL or lower daily limits, or limited entry.

I'm glad we won this round, but let's not forget there is an actual reason that IFQ's are being considered.
