need one?

I have no grudges against any guides anywhere, but are you sure you need one on the Kenai? If you've fished for salmon a fair amount, or fished in general a fair amount and have equipment, you can rent a boat and do pretty well on your own. Many people will show you how to rig up (look at the rods in some of the 4 million boats) and they will also tell you where to fish, because they will be there, in droves. Halibut? Sure. Get a charter.
