Guide suggestion
Posted by AKCAPT on Dec 24 2005
I am a saltwater guide but will not solicit your business. This is a great forum about Alaska fishing but it will go to hell in a hurry if it turns into sales pitch for guides.

First I would say take a couple of days for the fishing:

I would suggest Greg Brush EZ Limit guide service, or Fred Tallen Mystic Waters guide service or Mark Glassmaker Sportfishing all on the Kenai, Kasilof or Upper Kenai

As far as halibut...There are many good guides in each port-

Homer maybe try Captain Mike Swan -www.spiritcharters.com, or Pete Wedin Captpete.com

Deep Creek -  Try Offishal Charters or Mel Erickson at Alaskan Gamefisher

Seward -  Try Profishnsea charters or Captain Niks Guide Service
