Sending Fish back home

I was wondering as to the best means of flying fish back home with me. I heard from some that you can no longer use dry ice in coolers on certain airlines. Is this true? If so, what do you recommend using to package the cooler to get the fish back home nice and frozen? Any informatin will be appreciated.
