CUTCO here too!
Posted by Mike S on Feb 18 2006
Alaska Gray,

I have used a great assortment of filet knives over the years. However, about 6 years ago I bought a Cutco Fisherman's Solution and have not picked up another filet knife since! Everything being said on this forum about Cutco is true. Additionally, I broke the blade on mine fileting a halibut 2 years ago. I contacted Cutco for a replacement blade and guess what? They shipped me a new blade at no charge! How is that for customer service.

On another note, I also found it to be my preferred knife of choice when processing that moose, buffalo, or elk meat as well. Sure makes getting the sheaths of sinew and muscle off a lot quicker and cleaner.

Mike
