Totally kidding!!! But a Cigarette Boat would get you there in a hurry!
Really depends on many factors like general weather and water conditions taken as a whole in addition to special localized weather & water circumstances. It sounds as if your boats 350 has the power potential to get ya up and going, but you only give us a brand name (not a model) and do not indicate prop, jet, average MPG on the step, top cruising speeds, and so on.
If your boat has a flatter bottom w/ little freeboard, poor secondary stability, and a sort of ½ river ½ sea hull – I would really think twice about this set up headed out to Knight… particularly if these are unfamiliar waters and not much of a contingency in the works.
