This was an issue in the past (with the U.S.C.G.) but is 100% legal to go on expense sharing trips and no worries!

If ADF&G outlaws it, you better check, I'm not paying your fines!

This is common practice, especially due to higher fuel prices these days.

Of course, you must adhere to all recreational laws in every resepct including licenses, limits, etc.

I'm not trying to start an argument here, this is the facts for the feds (USCG).
