I bought a food saver and it sucked up juice into the vacuum motor and died. When I called them they said to put a paper towel in the bag to capture the juice. It works. Just don't use the fancy towels with pretty flowers on them. The green makes it look like the fish is bad when it isn't.

I prefer to buy premade bags. It saves time IF they are in a size that you need.
