King Salmon
Posted by skydiver on Mar 25 2006
Fishing the Naknek river can be great.  Did some work in King Salmon a few years ago. Walked upstream about a mile from Rapids Camp each day after work for 7 days.  Each day, on first cast, caught a King.  Largest was too heavy for my 50-lb scale to weigh.  Bring a bug headnet as the white socks (little bloodsuckers) can be bad beyond belief.
