[ Return to Contents | Post a Reply | Post a new message ] 200' strips Posted by Kodiman on Mar 25 2004 The planes are 180 hp, PA-18's, with 84" props, 7' flaps, 31" Bushwheels, vortex generators, and pilots with the balls to use the mod's. 80 foot take-offs are the "norm". Land "into" the weather,with full flaps..and.. with a good wind, "50 feet" later and you're unloading gear. Not to mention the Forty-plus wolves, that no longer feed on the Nelchina moose and caribou, because of him.. Thank God for the "Cub Drivers." Mine's almost done!
