Just curious what books folks seem to get the most use out of concerning specific species.  What I mean is, what books do you turn to on moose, caribou, bear (both kinds), and sheep?  I have a whole passel of 'em on my shelf and I've noticed a wide variety in the quality of information, originality, overall writing quality, and general usefulness.  What's your take?

If you have the price and a link, post that too!  After this percolates a bit I'll perhaps add in a few that may have been missed.

I'm interested specifically in the titles and authors, and a couple of things you like about the book (and why).  Especially if it contains original material that's not easily accessible elsewhere (no ADFG download stuff!).
