I too hope we can find it some day. I agree we have good biologists and they are doing the best they can. Perhaps your right, the intensive management law should be changed. If for no ther reason, the entire state is practically going to be under that law with respect to moose in a few years. We probably can't afford intensive management and predator control over 70 % of this state, or more. Imagine the problem if a couple caribou herds crashed as well.
