Unit 20 is a fairly big unit and holds lots of moose but it all depends on where you hunt. I've hunted that unit many times  and have had good success but i always accessed it using a 4 wheeler and hunted on foot, so i don't know where you could go to float hunt, maybe Salchaket Slough would be an option but i think that gets hunted pretty hard too.
