sorry forgot to mention which types of lenses and features are there that I should consider for under $500.00 I will probably be using these when hunting Moose, Sheep Caribou on my first ever big game trip once I become a resident on May 1st and want a pair that will be there for me year in and year out. I've never been big game hunting and looking forward to it. I know some people might take along 2 pairs and or a spotting scope, but I guess I'm looking at a 10x50 or a spotting scope. Haven't decided yet. Thanks very much
