NWA is no surprise!

The reasons you probably experienced NWA problems is they just filed for bankruptcy last month and they either have replacement workers who don't know or NWA employees who don't care! As for the TSA, I had good luck in Mpls, and Anchorage but they are Federal employees with an attitude.
