ER bears
Posted by AkHunter45 on Oct 06 2005
I have been to the Nature Center and hiked in several miles during the fall and early winter and have found 99% of the bears will be up high. I've never been in there to hunt but it's not uncommon for people to do so. I have parked overnight at the ERNC parkling lot and have not had any problems, as a matter of fact, one night we left the vehicle over night and we left the back window down with my rifle sitting on the back seat and when we returned the next day, everything was still there plus we had about 1 inch of snow inside too. Take good glasses and look for them up high.
