Wow. The Haul road would be more of a circus act than it is now, If they allow atvs up there. Ive seen alot of idiots up there and had a carbon arrow come about 3 feet from my head on stalk. I will not go back. I can already see it now. Guys shooting of the back of fourwheelers and herding animals out there. I think it is a bad idea. There would be no designated roads. It would be a madhouse.If anything they should have a .5 or 1 mile NO SHOOT anything corridor to weed out all the cowboys and shmucks.
