use area for _hunter access_ but not for hunting off of

We know thats a farce!  Circle Slaughter case in point.


NO TO THE ATV's!  If you cannot figure out how to hunt this area without hiking to kingdom come go find someplace else!  There are places where hiking is relatively easy.  I'll leave the rest to your imagination.
