What a difficult topic.  I must say I have to side with Mark on this one.  While I am for access, I have seen first hand up the Taylor Highway how people continually disrespect the land and just continue on further and further and this is in a cotrolled use area!  There is and never will be enough enforcement to keep people on designated trails.  If we could I would be for it, but when reality sets in, I realize that it will never happen.  I have never hunted up the Haul Road and may never, but have seen the damage irresponsible people cause.
