This Is The Wrong Bill
Posted by Mark on Oct 15 2005
In order for the Dalton Corridor to have equal access and to avoid environmental damage, the solution is to open it to snowmobile use during the winter to all Alaskans, not just locals.

Period.

No summer ATV traffic, just like now.

That would open an opportunity for other Alaskans to get meat, it would keep the summer/fall hunt open and restricted for the archers on foot, there would be no environmental damage, and it would be EQUAL ACCESS.
