You guys sound like a bunch of grumpy old men on your periods.  Leave the dang guy alone.  If he committed a violation, let the fish and game cops deal with it.  Go out and hike some mtns and put all that negative bullcrap inside to use vs jumpin on a guy you may have never met and don't know the details of his experience.  

I was out in Kotz in late Sep this year...the river we were on came up VERY FAST.  We didn't take a grizz b/c of it.  Not defending wanton waste by any means...stop assuming and salivating at the negative.
