Meat Care in the Field
Posted by rost495 on Oct 19 2005
Hi Folks

The other thread is closed and not many input my original statement.

I've never left a kill site without attending to the meat so that if I was sick or unable to come back right away for any reason, the meat would be just like I"d brought it to camp and stashed it for the duration.

Now is a good time for those that howled about the previous incident to put forth all the ideas for those out there that are always willing to learn something new and helpful.

Thanks for some constructive advice in all situations.

Jeff
