marinate the meat overnight in 1/3 soy sauce and 2/3 cooking oil (your choice) and add a couple spoons of crushed garlic. cook on the grill and keep them tender and your family will love the results. i was hoping my 8 yr old would get into more than grouse and bunnies, but she's sidelined for a year. bon apetit'
