Hey Dave,

I too have thought about this in proposal form for the haul road in particular.  My thought was to shut it down oct 1. but try and get it opened to two bulls in sept.  You're right this is basically a legalized want and waste hunt that disgusts me to no end.  Well maybe just short of the thought of 4 wheelers on the slope :D.
