the combo is a bit heavy.  i like the idea but to me having just a set magnification bino seems better.  i brought a pair of leica ultravids and a leica rangefinder with me on my august sheep hunt in the talkeetnas and i found that i used my rangefinder only sparingly.  and i guess my guide like the idea that i didn't have the combo since he wouldn't have gotten the rangefinder as a tip.
