Bull Moose out of season

Can anyone tell me what I am in for? I was on the 20 Cow hunt and mistakenly shot a spike bull. Its hard to see the spikes with the ears straight up looking at the animal straight on. Anyweay I did it and reported it to the troopers and surrendered the meat. Can anyone tell me what I am in for? All they told me was here is your court date.
