You and your wife should not have any big problems obtaining employment in Anchorage. ASD is always looking for Special Ed teachers and even offering bonuses for some hard to fill jobs. There is plenty of opportunity in medicine at an entry level position. May not be your dream job, but certainly a foot in the door.

You'll get blown away by the hunting and fishing up here. You'll be moose hunting in no time as you'll meet people and make friends and the next thing you know your off for a week in the woods.

Hope you have an enjoyable and successful trip up in the spring. Bring your snowshoes, this isn't anything like Ft. Lauderdale in the middle of March.
