I talked to one hunter who used a velcro rock guard to go between his boots and his rain pants to keep out most of the water. I have also heard of using large rubber bands for doing the same thing. I don't want to get the inside of my boots wet, so I am ok taking them off and using some water shoes top get across. Do you guys have any other suggestions?
