If Russell is still glueing their soles on instead of stitching, I'd be leery of using them extensively up here.....I visited the factory in Berlin, WI, and was fitted but didn't order boots because I caught them as they were closing down for vacation.....a friend had ordered a pair and during a sheep hunt the sole came off one after only 4 days.....I was relating this to a client a year later and he had had the same problem.....sent his back twice.....gave them to his nephew....they're really nice boots, but I wouldn't bet an expensive back country hunt on them......just my take....
