The fee increases for next year are not as high as F&G proposed. For example, the proposed fee for a resident hunting/fishing license was $69, the actual fee for a 2006 combo hunting/fishing license is $48. Personally, I think the fee increase is not that big a deal, where else in the western US can you buy a license and get all your tags for free? I know grizzly is $25 but that's still cheap for one of North America's most prized and sought after big game animals. The fee's for next years sheep, goat, bear and moose draw permits did not go up but are suppose too in November of 2006.
