Alaska gets much more in Pitt-Robb funds than it gets from res and non res hunters. BUT.........the state has to match PR funds on a 1 to 2 basis, more or less. So, for every dollar the state has to spend, they get 2 dollars from PR. Therefore, these license increases will bring MUCH more money into the state than just what we and the non res hunter pay. I don't see much room to complain about a license fee increase.
