Any trooper out
Posted by 375ultramag on Nov 24 2005
there has to earn my respect after this years encounter with <a trooper> in Galena. I will not shed flame on him as I did on the other forum. But It was such a bad experience with 6 guys being legal and him harassing us for 4 or 5 days. They can all kiss my A*%. I will not talk to them in the field no more. they can get my license and tag and that is it. I am not talking. Which will rais more suspision. But I don't care. they can work to get anything out of me now. I am no longer working with them.

Then I get home and my neighbor who is a 1 year retired brown trooper starts questioning me. Once a trooper always a trooper. Makes me not even want to report a violation. They just want to blame us for everything. They need to get off theyre dead a$%$@ and get in the field more in the off season. You don't seem to hear much in the area I hunt about locals on the river killing moose year around do ya. yet hang out in a village on the Yukon and they will tell you all about it. They hounded my buddy for his boat registration being a year old. I understand that. The only problem was the local boat in Galena parked right next to ours had a 1987 sticker on it. YEP 1987. They only want to bust the outsider over there.
