excellent question
Posted by Nevada Dan on Dec 01 2005
Spawner,  Great question.   I'm way too young to comment (56), but certainly have been wondering the same thing, and am reading the replies.

Dad is 81, we have to take him out hunting now, since mom won't let him go by himself. He got two deer this year, but no luck on the elk (Bitterroots, S.W. MT).  He still gets up and down the mtns just fine (for his age).
