backing out on hunts
Posted by cdhunt on Dec 07 2005
I have a meeting at least 18 to 24 mo. before the scheduled hunt with all interested parties. I control the complete scheduling of all aspects, and inform all parties with copies of the meeting and dates required for activities, such as down payments etc. Also anyony not having deposit at my disposal on the date specified are automatically removed from the hunt roster and not allowed to go on our hunt. the reason for such rules is that I do all the paper and contact work and am not going to do it for a WANNA BE or some AIRHEAD. Seems to work for me and the losers get in line for the next hunt.
