I know I'll be labeled a heretic and accused of being suicidal, but yes, I do use a down bag for sheep hunting.  I don't have any problems with it.  It is light, compressible, toasty and very comfortable. I know the arguments against down but am not concerned. I even use an ultralight tarp instead of a tent with this bag.
