the hut
Posted by BRWNBR on Dec 19 2005
i've used them and like them alot, room to stand up. its a bombshelter but with six poles rather than four, no maybe its eight poles, its pretty heavy, has a ton of tie downs, room to roam in the tent. i like it alot better than the bombshelter. i'd say its in the arctic oven catagory, depending on what size AO you've got. both are heavy just the hut has more poles so the frame is stronger. might take the bear 2 seconds to get inside instead of 1.3! good luck this spring, where bouts are you hunting on kodiak?
