Most of your response is pretty right on homerdave, except for this little repsonse and i qoute "how about the fact that joe serviceman or oil company employee can be here a year, become a "resident" (even though he will be stationed elsewhere in the foreseeable future) and then bring his brothers, in-laws, dad and mom's new husband up here to hunt sheep and goat and moose and brown bear? is that fair?
