[ Return to Contents | Post a Reply | Post a new message ] worms Posted by jklingel on Dec 27 2005 Another can of worms. Is it "fair"? Questionable, to me. (A better question is, "Do you want to hunt and kill, or just kill?") Is it less "fair" than glassing and running in front w/ a different vehicle, be it wheeled or floating? Questionable. Is it "fair" to have a guide spot the herd the week(s) before, then drop hunters into the area and "fairly" walk into them? Questionable, but probably more "fair" than the others.... somehow. On that note, is it "fair" to use a rifle that can drop one at 400 yards? Lines like this are hard to draw, but I am certainly not inclined to favor same-day air borne "hunting". Would I do it? Hmmm. Maybe so; depends on my need for meat, but I'd refrain from calling it hunting. Previous: same day caribou Mr. Pid Dec 27 2005 Next: Fair Chase at Carr's? Ak Steve Dec 26 2005 Message Thread:
