You just made my point.  The point of the thread, I thought, was how to alleviate hunting pressure.  Our game populations cannot support unimited hunting pressures.  Every area of the state is accessed by guides and flight services.  It needs to be limited.  Guides are just too efficient to have an unlimited number of them.  I'd rather have a quality experience once every ten years, than to have a crappy hunt every year.  Look what happened to the the mulchatna herd.  I would venture to say this is because of out of state hunters.  Sheep hunting is so competitive it's not even funny. What would you suggest we do?  I agree that it shouldn't be a rich man's sport but how else would we alleviate the pressure?
