The River's West gear is pretty impressive but it may be too warm for goat hunting in the early season. Anything that is completely waterproof cannot be breathable, it's a trade-off and the River's West doesn't breath well enough for mountain climbing in warm, wet weather. If it's cool and wet (like Kodiak) it's perfect gear. The one thing I'd like to see in the River's West is pit zips in their hunting jackets for ventilation. They have them in their steelhead jacket but not their hunting jackets.
