Thanks Bob. I agree. It is up to the state, thru the BoG, to regulate seasons and bag limits and hunters, res and non res, to manage how many animals are killed. If we have an overharvest problem, the solution lies with the Bog. Trying to fairly regulate sevice providers is the wrong direction in my opinion, and maybe an impossible task. The new CSB sounds like just the ticket for politically connected service businesses to get a larger share of the pie.
