hunters won't limit themselves, that way fish and game was constructed in the first place. if you have 50 air taxis or guides or hunters who are ethical and think that if a place is busy to move on, then you have 100 guys who don't think like that.
i agree that regulation the number of people to an area is almost imposible, the only good example i have off the top of my head is most of kodiak. being national wildlife refugee with exclusive guide rights, public isn't limited, just the commmerical use, which is what i'm think twodux was getting at.
I did a drop hunt a few years back with the famed ketchum's air, we have 14 people on our lake, all from the same air taxi...no caribou but did they tell us that...noooo it was $$$$$WEEE$$$$WEEEE all the way to the bank. that still happens, not all are like that...but it still happens.
