Grizzly Man-Discoverey channel
Posted by Byron_Lamb on Feb 04 2006
The TV in our house gets switched between the Discovery channel and the History channel. Seems like we don't even watch the other ones.

While watching the tube last night w/ the family a program came on called "Grizzly Man". This is the story about that dude Tim Treadwell, who got munched by his lovely Bear freind which he "named". A lot of discriptive words come to mind to decribe this dude, however mostly I just feel anger. I'm angry because he choose to be so dis-repectufl to our wildlife, which ultimatley ended up with a couple of wild Bears being shot. Totally preventable and un-called for!
His freinds from California, who made the show, appear to be about like Tim also. One of thier focus points was "all of the poaching" in Alaska and specifically killing Bears in Katmai National Park. Of course I've heard of these types, but seeing it first hand really makes it hit home. These folks are the least educated and most mis-informed people I've ever seen.

Good Hunting...>Byron
